As soon as the DA's Office was notified of this ISSUE, I was denied the ability to embed videos on my facebook. Just in the past 45 minutes; my PC was hacked & much of my evidence against NYE County was deleted!! GO FIGURE! I just wan this to go on the record. There is a HUGE COVER UP under way. That's OK because I have 25 people who printed all the past web info & the evidence has been copied and mailed all over the USA & to one other country I will not disclose; just in case something "HAPPENS" to me. Subject: Nye County Detention Complaint

Mr. Helfrich:

I’m contacting you regarding your recent submittal of an “employee complaint” for the NYE County Detention Center . We’ve reviewed your submitted information and have planned a letter inspection. I noticed you submitted the complaint as an employee but, from what I can gather from your submitted narrative, it would appear as though you were detained at the center and are not actually an employee. Is that correct? Despite this minor classification issue, we are still performing what is called a Referral Inspection and will be raising our concerns for the employees at the detention center.

Nevada OSHA’s jurisdiction falls within verifying safety related issues for employees in the workplace. Your submitted narrative seems to be a violation of your civil liberties while detained and I would highly recommend you contact the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to discuss the specifics of your treatment. The local Nevada center can be reached at 702-366-1226 (http://www.aclunv.org/). I’ve made several attempts to reach you on the phone but your voice mail seems to not be accepting calls at this time.
